Kuala Lumpur

Started our Malaysian journey with a short visit to KL while waiting for our flight to Kota Kinabalu. Took in the sights while staying in China Town where we bought a few more imitation items at the SE Asia bargain basement prices.

A couple of the sites included the Pentrona Twin Towers... Terry and Marilyn (and those of you who didn't know) these are the towers featured in the movie Entrapment with Sean Connery and Catherine Zeta Jones ~ just a little trivia for you! The sky bridge is on the 42nd and 43rd floor.


Also visited the Batu caves which compose the next 3 pics... There is a temple at the top of the 282 some odd stairs built right into the cave itself.


These are the most photo gentic places we vistited in KL, but we did spend 4 basically full days here. Not the cleanest city, but we both did enjoy it, particularily the change from the Indonesian to the Malay cuisine.
