Borneo ~ Entry #1

We started out our Borneo adventure in Kota Kinabalu (KK). Just a couple pictures worth showing. This one is of a big market that we frequented during our stay for some snacks, and some meals as well. If you like sea food, this is a good place to get some fish...We like our mosques as well... this is one of the nicer ones we've seen in Malaysia.Mt. Kinabalu. The tallest peak in Malaysia at 4100m. A canopy walk on suspension bridges in the trees. Jillene tells me it was 110ft in the air. I never read the info...Jillene made friends with Jackie, an Orang-Utan (whom apparently has a strong grip). Jackie spends her day in the jungle and returns at night for some grub to the Poring Hot Springs area. This night her dinner was a broom head... or so she thought (she more or less ignored her rice).
