Jodhpur

Next on our MONSTER list of forts to see was the Jodhpur fort, and it was by far our favorite. It's been excellently maintained, and is set up beautifully for visitors to work through its complicated layout. However we had a great experience here as well, with the locals being incredibly friendly and talkative...A view from the market not far from where we stayed...
A normal sight in India, on many occasions you're just walking down the street and when you look up you seen an elephant coming towards you. Kind of surreal to think a person can get used to it... almost anyway!

Next to the fort was another Jain temple.
That was more or less all we saw as for 'sights' in Jodhpur during our couple days there. Other than that it was just walking the town, eating their omelets, or sitting in a store chatting with the 2 friendly owners our age laughing at each others stories. It was a quick visit, and we were sad to leave.
