The Apartment, The Pool, & Funny Faces!!

The apartment!  Our home for the last and first half of Feb/March.  We enjoyed our time here, and it was truly a great place to unwind.

This is how relaxed Declan was... What do mean its rude to put my feet on the counter during while I'm eating breakfast?

Declan started making his 'mean face' when he didn't like what you were telling him...

No I will not get out of the drawer... and since you're laughing at me, I'll just keep making this face.  Since you seem to enjoy it so much.  Discipline can be hard!  :)

Things can get a little crazy at dinner time around here!

The apartment.  Certainly one of the nicest (if not the nicest) places we've every stayed.  1 month here, equals one very FAST month!

Spanish lessons here at this table, 5 days a week from 12pm - 4pm.  2 hours for me, 2 hours for Jillene.

Declan as usual making friends in the pool on the weekend.  The only time there was every people around.  This place was more or less only a weekend get away for the local 'rich' Colombians.

I've got blisters on my feet from all this practice walking!

The long hallways were a great place to go for a walk and really stretch those tiny legs.  We'd do a lap of our floor and I figured it must have been 200m or more.  Would take Declan 15-20 minutes with all the distractions!  

When I'm making this face, you know I'm REALLY concentrating on what I'm doing... :)

Sometimes I feel down in the pool and went under as I was learning to walk.  It was great motivation to learn faster!!!

 I always come up with a smile though...

What do you mean we have to leave!?!?!

Sorry apartment, we can't stay forever.  It's time to head back to Costa Rica and go visit Grandma and Grandpa...
